The visit of Mr. Michel Jarraud, World Meteorological Organization Secretary-General

On May 8th 2012, Mr. Michel Jarraud, World Meteorological Organization Secretary-General, traveled for a short visit in Albania.
During his visit, the Secretary-General met with the Director of the Institute of Geosciences, Energy, Water and Environment (IGEWE), Prof. Dr. Marenglen Gjonaj and staff.

He also had meetings with Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, Minister of Education and Science, Prof. Dr. Myqerem Tafaj, Minister of the Environment Forests and Water Administration, Mr. Fatmir Mediu, the Rector of the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Acad. Jorgaq Kaçani, and staff of the Meteorological Service of the Tirana International Airport.
