MSc. Brisilda Stafa studied geology at the Faculty of Geology and Mining (2015-2018) at Polytechnic University of Tirana. During the years 2018-2020, she completed her master's studies in "Geo-Environmental Engineering", at the Faculty of Geology and Mining, Polytechnic University of Tirana. In April 2021, she started working at the Institute of Geosciences, in the Department of Geology as an academic staff. MSc Brisilda Stafa has conducted studies about surface seismic waves and their application in civil engineering, as well as in "Application of seismic methods in the assessment of geodynamic phenomena of dams of water reservoirs ". She was also involved in the project with the University of Parma in Italy about the Messinian Crisis in Albania. Mrs. Stafa is continuing scientific research in the field of applied Geology, where she will also complete the studies of the third cycle (doctorate).
