Dr. Bardhi has studied agronomy at the Faculty of Agronomy (1983-1988), Agricultural University of Tirana. During the years 2011-2014, he worked and completed his Ph. D. at the Agricultural University of Tirana, in the field of agrometeorology.

From 2009 onwards, Mr. Bardhi is an academic staff, scientific researcher in the Department of Meteorology. From 2020, Dr. Bardhi is the Head of the Department of Meteorology.

Areas of interest are focused on scientific research in the field of agrometeorology, meteorology and soil erosion.

During his work experience, he has completed a series of trainings and specializations for his fields of interest. Also, as a member of the department, he participated in various projects.
