MSc. Gazmir ÇELA completed his studies in geography in the "Master of Science" cycle in 2017-2019. He completed his 3-year Bachelor studies at "Aleksandër Xhuvani" University of Elbasan during the years 2014-2017. During higher education at both levels of study, he deepened with the evaluation of the Tourism Climatic Indicator, based on methodology and mathematical evaluations, from where he concluded his studies by evaluating this indicator in the physical-geographical region of the Western Lowlands of Albania. As of 2020 and currently MSc. ÇELA is a member of the academic staff of the Department of Meteorology at the Institute of Geosciences. During this time he was engaged in the preparation of various research papers in the field of meteorology. At the same time, he specialized in different analyzes of the rainfall situation in Albania and more specifically analyses of different climatic regions of the country. As a member of the working group for the preparation of the Monthly Climatic Bulletin, he mainly deals with the analysis of the precipitation situation and is specialized in the processing of satellite images through Geographic Information Systems.
