1995-2000: Degree in Environmental Engineering, in Environmental Engineering Department, Civil Engineering Faculty, Polytechnic University of Tirana. 2001-2008: Researcher at the Center of Hydraulic Research (CHR), under Academy of Science of Albania 2005-2007: Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering Faculty, Tirana Polytechnic University. 2008-2011: Researcher at the Department of Water Economy and Renewable Energy, Institute of Energy, Water and Environment (INEWE), Tirana Polytechnic University (UPT), Albania 2011- present: Researcher at the Department of Hydrology, Institute of Geosciences (IGEO), Polytechnic University of Tirana (UPT), Albania 2022: Doctor of Science degree in the field of Integrated Management of Water Resources, in Environmental Engineering Department, Civil Engineering Faculty, Polytechnic University of Tirana. The research interests are focused on research and teaching activities at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. Therefore, Dr. Inxh. Lata conducts research activities in the field of Integrated Management of Water Resources, Hydrology, and Environmental Engineering. Being operator at the “National Centre for Forecast and Monitoring of Natural Risks”, at IGEO, she is involved in conducting natural hazards (meteorology, hydrology, land slides, forest fires, etc.) risk assessment bulletin and studies. Also, she actively participates in the designing and the implementation of the national and international research projects in the field of hydrology, environment, etc. During the years she has being involved in teaching activities as lecturer at Civil Engineering Faculty, under Polytechnic University of Tirana on the subjects: “Environmental Protection”, “Civil Protection”, and “Fluid Mechanics ”.
