Ing Anila Subashi studied geophysics at the Faculty of Geology and Mining, Polytechnic University of Tirana during the years 2003-2008.

Since 2021, Mrs. Subashi has been part of the Institute of Geosciences as a seismic activity monitoring specialist at the Department of Seismology. The tasks she has performed during this period are closely related to the monitoring of seismic activity in the territory of Albania and the surrounding regions, informing the national authorities responsible for civil emergencies, as well as the public.

Mrs. Subashi's areas of interest are focused on scientific research, modeling dynamic earthquake ruptures, and seismological network, seismic data analysis, geotechnical earthquake engineering.
