MSc Alban Doko, Studied BSc in Hydrotechnic Engineer at Polytechnic University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Tirana, Albania 2006-2009. During 2018-2020 he completed MSc. Water Science Engineering, Specialization in Hydrology and Water Resources at IHE Institute for Water Education, Delft, the Netherlands. From October 2022-Ongoing he is a PhD Candidate with Topic: “Impacts of reservoir networks on rivers in the Balkans“. Project context / funding: Graduate School Scholarship Programme (GSSP) associated to the DFG-funded research training group „Natural Hazards and Risks in a Changing World” NatRiskChange (GRK 2043/1). University of Potsdam, Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultät Institut für Erd- und Umweltwissenschaften Lehrstuhl für Hydrologie und Klimatologie. From 2021 he is a Hydrologist Researcher at Department of Hydrology at the Institute of Geosciences, Tirana. He is focused on hydrological and hydraulic research, mainly in flow/flood forecast and flood hazard modeling.
