Msc. Tuga studied Physics at the Faculty of Natyral Sciences (2009-2014), University of Tirana. From 2017 onwards, she holds the position of Specialis at the "National Center for forecasting and monitoring of natural hazards", Department of Water Economy and Renewable Energy. The areas of interest for Mrs. Tuga are focused on scientific research and giving lectures in the field of hydrology, assessment of national water resources, surface water dynamics with all its aspects, renewable energies. During these years as a member of the Water Economy and Renewable Energy department, she conducted a series of trainings from GIZ, EUMETSAT, ect.
