Dr. Ceyhan studied Computer Engineering and Information Sciences in Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey (1996-2001). During 2002-2003 she completed her Masters of Science studies in Information Systems Development in Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, in Arnhem, The Netherlands. On 2021 she completed her PhD studies in Computer Engineering, at the University of Epoka, Tirana, Albania, on analyzing customer reviews in Turkish using Machine Learning and Data Science Methodologies.

Since 2022 she has been working as academic researcher in the Institute of Geosciences, Department of Seismology, in the Polytechnic University of Tirana.

Her research areas include Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and Data Sciences Methodology.
